I would say the best thing is trust and good service , design isn't that important as I can see especially if you look at bustabit where they have only one game with simple design but both investors and players trust them with millions of dollars daily
kinda disagree with your " there is no existing site that is perfect for players " cause there are plenty here in this board , and with time you will even see dapps having even better service in the future
