I have a  TD bank account and am currently earning about 5.3% on my money. I am super interested in buying real estate one day soon but do not have the funds right now. I am currently saving my money and am using this little hack to make sure my principal doesn't decrease for when I want it.

I have been using the Outlet Finance mobile app to move money to and from my bank account to earn a much higher interest rate. Using Outlet you are able to take money that sits in your bank account and move it toward your much higher interest rate.

Anyone else using this?
