Probably the OP meant was the most or convincing bounty for 2019 that has recently surface. It's quite obvious that these list are new projects. Bounty means still on promotions so definitely soms of these project are still on the verge of life and death and can still be unsuccessful cause they are on their current stage of crowdfunding.
