While we were not able to reach a compromise on PRICE seller was willing to hold for 7 days.  I did not accept the price and did not purchase anything.  He did send me a $20 card as a vouch. I did NOT ask for a vouch card nor do I ever accept them as proof of quality of future purchases.

Bottom line was I did get a card from him that is currently good however as I have learned from past experiences that proves nothing other than this specific card is good.  I have no reason to believe or not believe any other cards supplied will or will not be good other than the one I got.  

So while this confirms the seller actually does exist as always YMMV!  Be sure to use trusted escrow from this forum before making ANY purchases over a couple bucks.
