It's not about multiple accounts, it's about being banned. When one of your accounts is banned, you as an individual are banned from using the forum.
25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.
So once it's forbidden, will it be a lifetime ban? Like burning coins? no return?
