So does it means that Zilliqa has PoW consensus? In this case their speed should be too low as like as Ethereum has?
AFAIK...
The consensus protocol used in Zilliqa is called Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance, pBFT
and its alot faster than ETH because of Sharding.
Zilliqa's pBFT gives finality to transactions, requiring no confirmations, which significantly reduces the storage requirements.
ZIL PoW is only done around the PoW period on Zilliqa will last for roughly 1 min every 23 hours or 600 blocks, making it super eco/climate friendly.
Especially when compared to btc, ETH and all other pow miners that are running at 100% for 24 hours / 30 days a month.
Wasting so much electricity and resources.

Proof-of-Work is used for sybil resistance. No one can join the Zilliqa network without doing a PoW. But, a PoW is not required per block as in Bitcoin/Ethereum. Once, a node does PoW and sends it to the network, it can participate in the consensus protocol. The consensus protocol does not require PoW and is way less computationally expensive. After consensus is reached on a block, the mining reward gets distributed among some nodes not just one. The percentage of tokens mined per year will reduce over time. The maximal supply of tokens is 21 billion.
