If they actually want to take back their reputation here on the forum they should keep active here and solve the problem one by one and contact people who give negative trust.

I tried to check post history it seems they have a plan to start a signature campaign if they solved issues and take the reputation back. But I feel they just using the signature campaign to take the reputation back since they have 2 exchanges connected they don't want to affect the connected exchanges which is one of the sources of their income.
