I think this is important for the whole community and there are only benefits.
I also understand the struggle of some people when using English but when you leave to someone feedback it's to inform the rest of the members. At least a rule for those who are on DT, if you end up there you need to take the responsibilities as well.

It's a good idea, though I can guarantee you there are many active members in the local sections who are engaged with the forum, including trades, and yet they speak either very basic or virtually 0 english.
For these users, it's imperative that at least some feedback is given in their local language; on top of that, it would be beneficial if DT members can also include a quick English translation of their trust feedback, whenever they can (which wolwoo has already done in your example screenshot too)...
