Nakatanggap ako ng message from Gcash saying I needed to update my information. Connected siguro yan sa recent issue ng withdrawing from coinsph thru gcash. Anyone else na may nakatanggap ng sms?
Baka lahat ng KYC verified noon sa GCash, pinasahan nila. Nakareceive din ako ng ganyan, nakapag KYC na ako dati, pero ngayon bumalik ulit sa Basic ang account at need mag verify.
Same thing here. Pero that was last august na nanghingi yung gcash for my updated info, at didn't see any connection related on whatsoever from coinsph.
Parang need lang nila ipa update info ng users after sometime, I might say 1-2 years, like what coins.ph did sa mga users nila.
