So I'm having the same issue. Whenever i try to add accounts on a new machine with ledger live, or access them on my regular one, i get the connect and unlock part which works fine, then i open the app on the ledger, and ledger live drops back to "connect and unlock", even though it is connected and unlocked. Then just spins on that.

Support has been less than helpful. Worked fine prior to 1.6. So far they told me to try updating usb drivers (they're fine, and i've done this on 2 machines)....and to try a mac. Yeah, that's a good fucking answer.
