So how did this actually work.

Did you place the order, then not pay it? I guess it would have time out as most BTC orders do after an hour or so.

Then once you placed the order did you email them and ask for the credit to be allocated against the order?

Even though it had expired?

So I have tried placing an order, but of course you only have 1 hour to pay it, and no response from support yet.
