It is same here, I thought it was just an error and I did try to manual type the domain but still brought me to the domain offer.
Looks like they are not able to pay the domain bills.
Such situations happen, even Google once forgot to extend the validity of their domain.
However, this is a suspicious situation, and if not, it is definitely very unprofessional.
