This significant bonus on top of the tokens are going to be the downfall of the project and just like the previous tokens that's now dead, this project will also face to issue of whether to distribute the bounty tokens or not. But the real question the team ask themselves after the IEO is to do an exit scam or not.

Why are you not posting the link of your project for this at least people can examine if this is a scam or not.

Are you a potential investor or a buyer?  It's totally appropriate to conduct a "secret" round of investments for the potential investors as they invest big and they have a team of people to investigate the legitimacy of projects. I used to work for such an investor where my job role was to check the GitHub account activity of the project repo.

@OP: You should try looking out for such investors through linkedIn or find services that give you the potential investor data with their consent. I'm not sure you'd find the venture capitalists through this forum. Not that I have come across.
