Unfortunately, there's no way to know which usernames changed without scraping all of them.

The annoying thing is: this breaks my Trust list viewer updates. I have no way of finding a userID with a changed username. Last week, killyou72's username was changed to FFrankie, and it wasn't in my files so I had to manually search for it. This delays my update by a few hours.

The original username can't be hidden. Try this: click MY MESSAGES > New Message > Find Members > Enter "Mr. Big" > click Search > Click "Mr. Big". It shows your PM is going to "rickbig41".
