You guys should look at getting listed on Bastionex exchange it is new but should be a good exchange in the future and it is cheap right now about 500$ usd in BWK. If you want me to get in touch with one of the guys that can get you listed I can.

Here no one will pay you for any intermediary services.
Until there was a code update I do not see the point with the add DMD to the new trading Exchanges.
But if someone has a great desire to add DMD to the new exchange he can do it on a voluntary basis.

In addition, many new exchanges are closed after some time for one reason or another.
In the end, you just pay and give them your money.
