My perspective is when companies like Ionomy offer a market-leading proposition...
Ill have to stop you right there, Im afraid. Explain to me how this is a market leading proposition. What market does it serve? How many users does it have? If youre describing it as market leading Im expecting you to be able to demonstrate that it dominates a given market. Define the market, then show me how theyre leading it. I dont want platitudes and business waffle in your answer. Give me statistics, please.
The fact that Ionomy is still here after four years shows me they are intelligent and agile enough to navigate the treacherous but rewarding waters of crypto/gaming.
Ill counter this by saying that I think the fact that theyre still here after 4 years and have achieved no measurable success beyond a very limited and niche audience (thatll be you and your masternode shitcoin obsessed chums, to make that very clear) proves literally nothing in the grand scheme of things. None of the many iterations of this product or any of its features that have been released over the last 4 years have garnered any lasting interest outside your little bubble of OG investors. They haven't even managed to get the crypto media interested enough to write stuff about Ionomy, and theyre hardly selective.
Put bluntly, 4 years in, almost literally no one on a global scale cares. All the longevity really proves is that the team don't really appear to know when to quit.
2020 will be the year when all their work and learnings will start to come to fruition.
I think youd have said something similar last year, and probably the year before that. Last year Matlack himself described 2018 as Ionomys coming out party, and claimed that 2019 would be a banner year for Ionomy.
The honest truth is likely that they were expecting 2019 to be much better, and it wasnt. So youve moved the goal posts once again.
For instance, PowerGrid evolves into GameGrid. Apart from the GameGRID developer-centric services, GameGRID also offers a unity plugin meaning it's easy for a game developer to implement crypto/tokens across multiple platforms (PC,Mobile,Console).
This sounds suspiciously like its parroted pitch nonsense. Youve been touting the same mixture of over optimism and snake oil for years now. When will you realise that just making the tools (mostly horrifically slowly and ineptly) wont attract people? Its likely a shit idea, and no one will want to use it on a large scale.
Rumble arena will be the first 3rd party game to incorporate GameGrid. Currently, on the google playstore alone Rumble Arena is sitting at 100k+ downloads.
Disingenuous argument. Ionomy have been proposing to implement in game tournaments for Rumble Arena for well over a year now and it still hasnt happened. It might well happen at some undefined and oft delayed point in the future but any success that Rumble Arena has achieved so far has absolutely nothing to do with Ionomy.
My prediction is by the end of next year, over 1 million gamers across multiple games will have used Ionomy's transactional-based blockchain.
Thats an extremely bold prediction.
My prediction is that like most of the rest of your posts, this is over optimistic, pie in the sky balls. Youll move the goalposts on to 2021 when we get to next December and Ionomy have achieved nowhere near that level of success.
