Do you mean stopping here and not start at all? Or at certain times or at certain moments of loss / gain, to leave that moment and play again later? It seems to me that it's not that hard to do the first one. As a result, you do not go to the casino, do not log on to the website, you go to different entertainment areas and somehow you can stay away from gambling completely.

But when you're at the gambling table / game, it's a very difficult decision to withdraw from the table, saying that it's all that's enough when the full win / loss is at its peak. I think people who can do it can do anything in their lives.

I think you should stop if you gamble already. If you have been gambling for a long time and it is quite interesting for you to gamble but you spend a lot, can you stop it and not gamble for a period or maybe not at all.

How good is the motivation to work, when a person is exposed to a heavy burden, so difficult is it when one is motivated to win gambling and that is the hardest time for him to stop gambling.

Well in those cases, the short cut and key is to never have those kind of debts on burdens in the first place. If you earn and you pay all your bills and gamble with the leftover money, you won't have any problem or burden even if you lose all the extra money Smiley
