This artwork is not possible to replicate so I think a CoA is not necessary. If you check IATA guidelines, you will read that it is ok to ship "Environmental samples (including food and water samples), which are not considered to pose a significant risk of infection ...".
Services like UPS deliver non-hazardous biologic samples all the time and will deliver sculpture no problem. Other arrangements for delivery of the artwork can be made if necessary.
The buyer has the responsibility to ensure that they can receive non-hazardous art they bought on the internet in their country. If you can not receive razor blades or blotter paper or tupper ware or sex toys (sorry, Saudi Arabia) or bitcoin poker chips or decomposing bananas or ziploc bags then this auction not for you. Thank you for your question. I cannot know all laws worldwide and I have updated terms of the auction.
