I think what I will do is to first romance with nature so as to lift off the burden and get refreshed. Then proceed to your analysis, trace back your trading history look at the pattern, find your mistake then give it another short. N.B always note your limits
I agree with you, you are tired of trading when you go for a bit of nature and then come back to trading again with tea, because if you have a fresh mind you will be able to trade in cold head. If you are free from any pressure, you will succeed in trading.
