Can someone confirm that deposit/withdrawal of Ethereum is still suspended (or is already available) on the exchanges?

So why would they decide to suspend all transactions of ethereum?

everything is done on huobi side, you can withdraw and deposit it again normally. I do not know about other exchanges. about trading activity, this upgrade has nothing to do with it, you still can trade it even when the upgrade happens(every exchange is allowing you to make a trade, they are only suspending the withdrawal and deposit).
