send a message to the provided email and ask for unban appeal but you'll have to prove to them that you are an asset, an important member or have been helpful to the forum but just like what the message says the chance of being unbanned is low. also, you are allowed to create one thread(only one and if you create another thread or post on another thread it will be considered ban evasion and the case you will make will be nulled and the account you created will also be banned) and make a case for yourself as to why you deserve to be unbanned. but then again the chance of getting unbanned is low.
