Alibaba is a large company from China and has a large business unit. I'm sure the project will have a big impact. what's more now that China has supported the blockchain project, this could become a new force in the cryptocurrency market later. I can't wait for the project to be truly released.
Maybe Alibaba will use the technology blockchain but that doesn't mean they will jump into the cryptocurrency market because they already have their own payment method, Alipay. True, same with their President mentioning blockchain and maximizing the use of this technology but did not talk directly about cryptocurrency.
