Using LN is good idea, but since creating LN channel require 2 on-chain transaction (open and close channel), it's possible user's reward is "eaten" by fee for 2 on-chain transaction.
I just checked and now there are 4 permission
* See Tweets from your timeline (including protected Tweets) as well as your Lists and collections.
* See your Twitter profile information and account settings.
* See accounts you follow, mute, and block.
* See your email address.
Because that's how they make money
