The message you see tells you everything, the password you entered is incorrect. Check every password character, maybe you enter some character incorrectly, or you type a completely wrong password for that wallet.
i did saved the passpharse right  idont know what else to do!!
is there any command line to restore it !


Maybe you are confused about passphrase and seed definitions.
Seed is the 12/24 words you save
 The passphrase is an additional"password" that will encrypt your wallet.

If you don't know the passphrase there is no way to recover. Myabe you can try to brute Force if you are sure it is similar to the one you think it is.

Passphrase is case sensitive, this means that Passphrase and passphrase are different.

  when i try to unlock it it give me this msg  this operation needs your passphrase to unlock the wallet !
