Forum rules and Bounty rules.
Forum rules allow to have an alt account,
even theymos have an alt account.
Whereas bounty rules do not allow to join campaigns with alt accounts held by the same person, this violates the bounty campaign rules.

are strictly prohibited and if violated they will be given a
