1) BitCryptex - active in the Polish local board.
2) Bitcoin Forum - service account that can also perform transactions with a negative merit value.
It should be noted that theymos who recently awarded thousands of merits in the 10th anniversary art contest is now rated 5th in this TOP-200.
I know you as a very active member and high-quality poster of the forum. In my previous post I merely mentioned whether the user is active in some local board or not.
Actually theymos did excately that: reallocating sMerits from inactive MS to active MS.
Indeed. According to Merit Stats, there are only 98 users with a higher sMerit allocation in the list of merit sources. Thus, 32 users have recently become former merit sources.
