Would like to clarify a few things. tvplus006 is referring only to the legal disclaimer part of our whitepaper, our content and ideas are all completely from scratch.

We were given advice that our legal disclaimer would be perfectly acceptable, based mainly on similar/the same use of legal disclaimers by other projects such as TenX as shown in the first few pages of their whitepaper here (https://downloads.ctfassets.net/xecblntwky6m/5sWzq3FOoMiWuiQ0i8gKCG/84d359acabe7bb1ef3d1c1252c82828a/tenx_whitepaper_final.pdf). As can be seen, they have employed an almost identical format.


I would greatly appreciate a response from him on this thread, since an attempt to contact him privately has been met with no response.

We would like to reinforce that we are open to any suggestions that could help improve the project.


UPDATE: We have spoken to multiple lawyers and they have all approved the legal disclaimer, meaning tvplus006's claims are simply incorrect.
