I can confirm there's some shady behavior with this guy on Telegram.  I provided escrow for him on one transaction, and then I believe he changed his Telegram username to "ecrw services btctalk."  I don't think that was the username he had set before, but I can't remember.  Now he has deleted his Telegram account.

Be very careful when dealing with anyone on Telegram.
