This is an interesting suggestion but how can you expect Chinese people to simply adopt while their Country creating their own means of accomplishment and own objective related to cryptocurency.
They alloted huge budget for blockchain purposes and I dont see they will start now to adopt with the community ways of crypto but they will implement a new and much more advanced usage of it IMO.
Sorry, I do nt quite understand what you mean. Blockchain in China is not banned, and there are many people involved. China only bans content such as ICO, IEO and opening of exchanges (excluding Chinese people opening exchanges and transaction)
