If december the bull run Will not start then january just Before taxes its hard to belive that bull run Will start.... Usually january is very bearish.
And halving not helping either.

Means we still have 150+ days for that to happen,they why you are telling that bull run is delayed even if we have halving.
You need to know there will be no immediate bull run even if we have block rewards halving it may take 6 months or later to have affect on prices so real bull run expected to being December 2020 or later.Keep HODLing.
