The service operates in all countries except the UK, USA, Canada and Israel.

Therefore, users with these countries IPs can't use our exchange at all.
This is the first time that I'm hearing that you don't cater customers in UK, USA, Canada and Israel. Though it's because I didn't your terms at all.  Roll Eyes . Quick question, these terms that are in your website, are they recently updated or that's the original content of it?
As far as I know, this lane was there since .. the end of 2017. Maybe from the 1st quarter of 2018.
