You can try in binance, binance has a larger volume and also prices that are rapidly changing because traders and large volumes are there. maybe you can try doing there to slowly start trading

Bad decision making can make you loss everything that you have. That's what happened to you, you let your greed control you and now you're suffering.
Learn how to use Bitmex, it is the same in Binance but bitmex is much tried and tested. Try to practice using it and your account will surely grow. You will not think about your losses if you mastered using this trading platform.
