CryptoRush wants 0.25 BTC for the coin to be listed. I don't think that they deserve to discuss them.
and why not using part of premine coins for this?
Soon or later EBT will be on much bigger exchanges, but the more important reason is that we don't need to use bribes for the coin to be listed.
