IEO was supposed to bring hope to investors again after losing that much in ICOs. but as it is , some IEOs are not better than ICOs. they still scam investors and investors still lose money in IEO just like what was happening in ICO. the only different is that some IEO carried out on good Exchange like Binance gives investors  good  profits. but those on other useless exchanges do not go anywhere.
