would lock themselves into such a closed system. Therefore you^h^h^h it must be targetting the
naive, which also suggests a hidden agenda. Anything could be hidden in that OS.
Sure, just give me a bootable USB image and just boot it up in my home network
without any worries.

A bootable image bypasses any autorun checks or AV scanning, it just
boots and start doing it's thing, whatever that is.
This has ill-intent written all over it, stay away.
