The fork is postponed to March 2020 with plans to rebase to a modern codebase that supports sporks (e.g. Pivx).
We are currently talking to a potential developer to help us make this happen.

New supply cap is set to: 2B

So basically, we'll just have to use the updated wallet until the team find a developer that will help them in doing fork. Do you have the link for RAIN's Discord channel?
