indeed for the time being IEO is better than ICO. but many rich people from investing in ICO in 2017.
on the opposite, there are also people who got poor investing in ICO, when one makes the other has to loss, that's the reality, I'm glad I'm on the profitable side in overall.
and I see no IEO that is as exciting as the ICO before. but everything has a time, and for the time being I think IEO is safer
The excitement is different because both are not the same, maybe when the time comes the market is good again, which means people will be investing again that's the time we will see how IEO will be appreciated.
