Hi! The Socios app is currently in 'soft-launch' mode. We are working on fixing the bugs as they come. We have a support team who are dealing with issues that users are facing. Full commercial launch of the Socios app is in Q1 of 2020.

We are still not launched on iOS. Just Android.
Yes, there are some countries that are blocked from using the application, we do not have a public full list of those countries, but they are blocked for legal reasons.
Hopefully there will be more developments so that all countries can receive applications that are launched so that they can be accepted by the whole community, and other developments you will have to improve to become more quality in the future.
