Weekdays: Coinalarm app to observe my portfolio real time but it's far less efficient and responsive to market movement, Slack and Telegram app are linked as well but still is very difficult to process insightful information while in working mood.
Weekends: More active than usual but time is limited

You don't need to observe the market in real time. Why? You're not a trader. Of course you shouldn't think about your portfolio at all during work. I think that's not professional. Weekends: More active than usual but time is limited

You should only buy for holding, not for trading. Don't mind the moves in a lower time frame. Look for under-valued coin (if there's any), buy them, and just watch the price once a day, after work, and evaluate whether you want to keep holding it or sell.
