Is there something in common between Mintpal exchange and Mint coin - apart from the "mint" in the name?

It seems the big volume figures are leading at this exchange - you can observe for example - coinmarket.io is allways cheaper than mintpal - making an impression for arbitrage opportunity.

I wonder when will be the pump?
