I agree with you, these are great tips. Now bounty hunters and investors need to be especially careful in their actions. ICO is not yet completely dead, but investors are better off staying away from them.
New developers are now smarter because they know that investors are no more interested in ICO projects, IEO is the best fundraising tactics now, maybe by 2020 a new type of fundraising will show up
I do not think that the method of investing in new coins will continue to change every year, the ICO investment method changes because of the many scams in it while IEO I have not seen complaints from people who invest because they offer security and also selection on a project.
