Agreed. I worked as a support agent at one ICO and I always received request like "give me bitcoins for free".It's just annoying! Why do some people think they can receive money without any work?
because asking for it is their job 
actually what I noticed they was only part of the basic statement to test the team how to respond ,it's funny if in your position dealing with them ,well since joining this industry I have only worked to get bitcoin not free to get it agree
