I agree with you, these are great tips. Now bounty hunters and investors need to be especially careful in their actions. ICO is not yet completely dead, but investors are better off staying away from them.
New developers are now smarter because they know that investors are no more interested in ICO projects, IEO is the best fundraising tactics now, maybe by 2020 a new type of fundraising will show up
New developers also know that how made shit project and they will target small exchanges to run sale their token. But i am just talking to about scam projects. Crowd Funding is very difficult without IEO. Investors and developers both are interested in IEO trend.
