I agree with you, these are great tips. Now bounty hunters and investors need to be especially careful in their actions. ICO is not yet completely dead, but investors are better off staying away from them.
New developers are now smarter because they know that investors are no more interested in ICO projects, IEO is the best fundraising tactics now, maybe by 2020 a new type of fundraising will show up
What we have seen isn't such that make blunting hunters or investor's looks smarter because, many of these categories are the ones used for the pump and dump of tokens. My advice to bounty hunters and investors is; never invest or participate on a project that you haven't research into.
