Goraset copied someones article, it was a mistake but it doesnt mean he is a scammer. Trust me, he is more reliable than 99.99 percent of those members.
A mistake? so he tripped and accidentally posted someone else's article and tried to pass it off as his own? 
While plagiarism may not make him a "scammer" in the traditional sense of the word... it does make him dishonest and untrustworthy in the eyes of some.
