Use your own userID in the first link, this is where your notifications will go.
Create an Ignore-list within code-tags. Use one userID per line, and start each line with "I:". The first userID on my ignore list is my own: I don't want to receive a notification when I'm talking to myself
Options within code-tags (not all options are needed, just add what you need):

Preference: show fullquotes or justlinks:
