If you could just combine this with your /follow to also "follow" quotes of UIDs and mentions (basically keywords right?) this would be pretty cool to "follow" all of these things you would like notifications of in one nifty place..

Either way, I will probably eventually subscribe to these fine services you are offering when I feel like playing with it..
