I don't think it was a bad decision or a good decision ether I think it depend on the market I think the market price you invested was not a bad price in the market since you invested in 7k$ in the market I think it was already a good decision since the bitcoin price chart was in the 12k$ in the past month so I think in 2020 the bitcoin market price could quickly recover and surely it could give you profit.
