Is renting my space is truly profitable?
I have 10's of server laying sleep with 100's of TBs.
How much i can expect per TB in one month?

They say it depends on the latency and uptime, but I have 250GB share which never fills. Max was 20GB. You need atleast 200GB/month to recieve any payment. So I don't think it is currently worth it. Maybe someone else can share their experience.

You could try Storj. They are more serious, but they hardly still fill all your GB/TB and way more complex to install.
