1. Check the overall contents of the project such as a team, road map, white paper, etc.
2. Check various features offered by the project such as privacy coins or decentralized coins.
3. Check how valuable the coins are or compare with other more popular coins. if the coins have potential, of course have a multi-professional team & the volume of coins always increases.
4. To be honest, the best coins to invest are the top coins or have been listed in the top 10 at CMC.
5. I suggest you invest in established coins rather than looking for very young and newly planted coins to invest.
I say this because I personally don't have a high risk appetite, so it's better to invest safely ..

For now I agree if we prefer to invest safely like investing some of our money in top coins rather than new projects that have high risks because lately we often see many new projects that turn into scams but this does not mean that new projects not worth investing, there are still new projects that are good and worth investing in but for now I prefer to invest in the top coins.

Its our own Greed which gives us lose if we will control our greed then no one will date to give us scam like so many people will show you green garden to become rich faster so never get scammed by them just invest your money in bitcoin which is trustworthy coin and that has good name in crypto market also better to invest or trade for long term if you are new.

in the current situation it is indeed more convenient to invest in old coins that have been registered with the CMC. of course we want to bear a little risk in investing, especially now that many old coins are experiencing a sharp decline, so they have cheaper prices. therefore in my opinion risk management is more important

Just because a coin get on Coinmarketcap did not mean they are good, CMC list coins based on their requirements not how good the projects are, many coins on CMC have no trading volume
